By attending this event, you accept full responsibility for your own actions and acknowledge that the event organizers will not be held liable for any accidents, incidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the event.

Event Rules and Policies
1. No Smoking / Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
A designated smoking area will be available outside the building.
2. Alcohol Policy
No alcohol is allowed inside or around the event premises.
Possession, consumption, or distribution of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
3. Drug and Substance Policy
All types of drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, and intoxicants are strictly prohibited.
This includes but is not limited to: illegal drugs, recreational drugs, prescription drugs used improperly, cannabis/marijuana (regardless of legality), and any substance intended to impair judgment or behavior.
4. Respectful Behavior
All guests are expected to maintain a positive, respectful, and family-friendly environment.
Harassment, verbal abuse, aggressive conduct, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without warning.
5. Noise Control
Please keep noise at reasonable levels, particularly in shared or outdoor areas.
Let’s help everyone enjoy the event peacefully.
6. Cleanliness
Kindly keep the venue clean. Use the bins provided to dispose of garbage.
Inform an organizer or volunteer immediately if you notice any spills or mess.
7. Venue Compliance
All guests must comply with any additional rules or safety regulations set by the venue authorities.
Liability Disclaimer
Attendance and participation are entirely at your own risk.
The Timmins Ontario Malayalee Association (T.O.M.A_ Club), its volunteers, members, and associated venue staff are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, lost items, or personal damages that may occur during the event.
Parents/guardians are solely responsible for their children and must supervise them at all times.

- Tickets are NOT REFUNDABLE and are NON-TRANSFERABLE

- Kindly ensure that all attendee details are accurately provided in order to avoid ticket cancellation
- Mazhathulli.ca is only the ticketing partner and event organizers are responsible for all event enquiries
