Each category has limited slots available. Once a category is full, registrations for that category will be closed.

✅ Important Participation Reminders

* Judging & Scoring Policy:
The judges’ decisions are final and binding, as outlined in the bylaws accepted during registration. No appeals will be entertained.
To maintain high standards of excellence, if there are fewer than three participants in any category, a participant must achieve at least 85% of the total marks to secure first place.
* This requirement ensures that awards reflect outstanding performance, even in categories with limited competition.
* If the 85% threshold is not met, only second and third places will be announced.

* Prize Distribution:
All prize money will be e-transferred or issued by cheque within seven (7) business days following the event.
* Distributing cash or cheques during the event can cause unnecessary confusion and administrative errors. This policy helps us ensure a smooth, secure, and organized prize process.
* At the time of prize announcements, winners will receive a written confirmation as proof of their award, which can be used to collect their prize once processed.
