Get ready for an unforgettable evening with Aathi’s INSOMNIA, a captivating live theatrical
entertainment experience that brings together psychology, showmanship, keen
observation and audience interaction.
INSOMNIA is designed as a 100% entertainment show, where the audience becomes an
important part of the experience. Selected audience members may be invited to participate
during the performance, with volunteers chosen randomly from the audience. There are no
actors or stooges involved in the audience selection.
The show is expected to run for approximately two hours and is designed to create an
engaging theatrical experience filled with mystery, observation, interaction and
entertainment.

Doors Open: 5:00 PM
Pre-Show: 5:30 PM
Aathi’s INSOMNIA: 6:30 PM
Please arrive early to enjoy the pre-show and secure your preferred seating within your
ticket category.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

TICKET SALES ARE FINAL
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted unless
the Event is officially cancelled by the Organizer.

AUTHORIZED TICKET SOURCE
Tickets for this Event are officially available through Mazhathulli.ca.
The Organizer accepts no responsibility for tickets purchased through unauthorized sources,
including unofficial social media pages, WhatsApp or Telegram groups, private individuals, or
unauthorized resellers.

TICKET ENTRY
Each ticket is valid for one entry only and must be presented at the venue for admission.
Tickets must not be duplicated, altered, or fraudulently reproduced. The Organizer reserves
the right to refuse admission to invalid or compromised tickets.

CHILDREN & FAMILY ADMISSION
INSOMNIA is an all-ages entertainment experience.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible ticketed adult at all times and must comply
with applicable venue policies.

SEATING & ACCESS
The Event features different seating categories.
Seating within each ticket category is first-come, first-served. Purchasing a ticket within
a particular category does not guarantee a specific seat within that category.
Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive early to secure their preferred seating.

EVENT POLICIES
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any person whose behaviour is
deemed disruptive, unsafe, threatening, or inappropriate.

🚫 STRICTLY NO ALCOHOL
ALCOHOL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT THE EVENT.
Guests are not permitted to bring, consume, possess, or distribute alcoholic beverages
anywhere within the Event premises.
Any person found violating this policy may be refused entry or removed from the Event
without refund.

🚫 NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS
Outside food and drinks are not permitted during the Event.

📹 RECORDING & PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT
Professional recording equipment is not permitted without prior written authorization.
INSOMNIA is a copyrighted theatrical production, and video recording of the performance
is not permitted.
Photography and videography may be restricted in certain areas or segments of the show.

ARTIST & PROGRAM CHANGES
The advertised lineup, set times, supporting program, performers, and other elements of the
Event are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or
production requirements.
Changes to the supporting program do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Significant changes will be communicated through official Event or ticketing channels where
reasonably possible.

POSTPONEMENT & RESCHEDULING
If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date,
subject to the arrangements communicated by the Organizer and official ticketing platform.

EVENT CANCELLATION
If the Event is officially cancelled by the Organizer, applicable refund information will be
communicated through Mazhathulli.ca and/or the Organizer’s official communication
channels.

FORCE MAJEURE
Signature Premier Events shall not be liable for cancellations, postponements, delays,
interruptions, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control,
including natural disasters, government directives, public health emergencies, venue
closures, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT
By attending the Event, you acknowledge and consent to photography, video, and audio
recording that may take place at or in connection with the Event for legitimate promotional,
marketing, publicity, or archival purposes by the Organizer and authorized Event partners,
subject to applicable law.
This does not permit attendees to record or reproduce the INSOMNIA performance
themselves.

LIABILITY
Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the Event.
The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, or for
injury or other incidents beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control, except where liability
cannot legally be excluded.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to
these Terms & Conditions, as well as the Mazhathulli.ca platform terms and
conditions.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree to the Event’s
ticketing, seating, audience participation, recording, strict no-alcohol, and other policies
stated above
